Committed to network excellence.

Company

Acumera provides trusted connection services to multi-site merchants.  We deliver secure networks, cloud-based aggregation of site-system status, and reliable machine-to-machine connections to support business intelligence and operations management.

Acumera builds and manages networks for multi-campus chains of convenience stores, gas stations, wholesale petroleum sites, and quick-serve and full-service restaurants. Acumera's network management services help companies reduce expenses and increase operational effectiveness. The foundation of Acumera's network management system is Acumera's Merchant Gateway. This single, simple, ruggedized device replaces as many as four standard network access devices and provides remote, automated network provisioning and configuration.

With AcuVigil™ dashboard, Acumera's unique monitoring and alert service, customers gain real-time remote visibility into their business critical inventory, compliance, client and equipment status, and operational data. Acumera networks enable visibility and faster responses in order to minimize downtime, avoid run-outs, and maximize profit margins.

Acumera, Inc. was founded by the pioneers of broadband Internet access for business travelers. Back in 1993, the founders of Acumera first formed the idea for a company that would ease the lives of millions of business travelers, while enhancing operations at airports and hotels. They formed Wayport (Now ATT Wi-Fi Services), the leading supplier of Ethernet connections in hotel rooms, and the leading supplier of for-fee 802.11 "hotspot" wireless access to the public. Every month, hundreds of thousands of times, some weary businessman gets to sleep a little sooner, some hotel operates a little more smoothly, and some traveler makes good use of the increasing time spent in airport lounges.
